Social Media Manager Needed at Furniture Booth (100K/month)



Job Responsibility

As the Social Media Manager for our new luxury furniture showroom, your role will be pivotal in establishing and enhancing our online presence and brand identity.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values, resonates with our target audience, and drives engagement, traffic, and ultimately sales.

Your creative flair and strategic mindset will play a key role in promoting our exquisite furniture offerings and creating a captivating digital experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop a content calendar that includes a mix of visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X(Twitter), Tik-Tok, Gmail, Snapchat.
  • Curate, create and source high-quality content showcasing our luxury furniture pieces, showroom displays, and design inspirations.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all social media channels.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and encouraging discussions around furniture trends, interior design, and lifestyle.
  • Plan and execute interactive campaigns, contests, and collaborations that encourage user-generated content and participation.

Influencer and Partnership Collaboration:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, interior designers, and other industry figures to amplify our brand’s reach and credibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to create compelling co-branded content that showcases our furniture within aspirational interior spaces.

Analytics and Insights:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic from social media, and the impact on sales.

Paid Advertising:

  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to promote specific furniture collections, events, or promotions.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting strategies, and adjust budgets as needed to maximize ROI.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our brand’s content remains relevant and effective.
  • Identify emerging platforms and opportunities for expansion while aligning with our target audience and brand values.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to ensure accurate representation of furniture products and promotions.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.


  • Full-time position, and must reside on the island
  • BSc or HND certificate holder
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the luxury or interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of design aesthetics and luxury branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into captivating visual content
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and influencer collaboration strategies.
