The Social Media Manager specializes in the execution of social media strategies.

This role requires managing content scheduling across multiple social media platforms and designing and implementing social media ad campaigns to enhance content visibility and engagement.

The Social Media Manager must have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and advertising platforms to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage all social media content, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute social media ad campaigns to amplify content reach and engagement.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Each of these roles requires a unique set of skills and responsibilities, all contributing to the successful implementation and execution of client strategies within the marketing agency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus.
