Remote Customer Relations & Sales Support Staff Needed at BG Group

Acts as a liaison between Management and Customers to solve customer complaints and potential concerns. Works under the direct supervision of the Customer Relations Supervisor.

Responsible for overseeing the shipping process of precious metals.ย  Works together with vendors and company departments to resolve all shipping problems.

Key Responsibilities
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Answer customer questions, assesses product or service problems, and resolves issues in a variety of ways using best judgment
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Address concerns and negotiates resolutions
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Research, analyze, and suggest solutions to non-routine claim issues
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Facilitate prompt complaint resolution through direct contact with Management
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Obtain tracking and transfer information from Vendors and updates Intellect accordingly
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Work closely with Vendors to track, check, prioritize and route orders
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Collaborate with sales, purchasing and other managers to coordinate acceptable delivery date or special instructions requested by customer
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Follow up with customer to ensure package(s) arrives safety and in good order
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Enter all tracking, transfer and delivery confirmations into Intellect
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Handle all sales support inquiries
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Interface with Sales brokers, customers, and custodians regarding shipping and delivery status of transaction
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Initiate and follow up with customer reviews and satisfaction promotions
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Track IRA and Cash Deliveries
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Confirm Wires are uploaded into Intellect
ยทย  ย  ย  ย Contribute to Sales Support Development
