Our recruiting team consists of five recruiters located in Hampton Roads, VA, and Savannah, GA, plus three contract recruiters located throughout the continental US.

We specialize in sourcing, interviewing, and matching top-tier IT and Talent Services candidates with our clients’ business requirements.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The Remote Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business activities.

Location: Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
