Frontend Engineer

 

Job Summary

We require an experienced and skilled Frontend Engineer (React.Js) that would work in a cross functional team to develop software solutions in the finance and digital lending ecosystem within an Agile framework. The Software Engineer will report to the CTO, managed by the Project Manager and be responsible for delivery of assigned tasks.

Job Description

  1. Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
  2. Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
  3. Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
  4. Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
  5. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
  6. Use markup languages like React.JS, HTML5, jQuery, CSS, JS, etc. to create user-friendly web pages
  7. Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices
  8. Design a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the company
  9. Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
  10. Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team
  11. Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well
  12. Optimize applications for maximum speed
  13. Design mobile-based features
  14. Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
  15. Get feedback from, and build solutions for users and customers
  16. Write functional requirement documents and guides
  17. Create quality mock-ups and prototypes
  18. Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
  19. Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  20. Stay up to date on emerging technologies

 

Social Media Operator

 

The social Media Operator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the companyโ€™s social media accounts. This includes creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative and social media-savvy individual with experience in content creation, community management, and social media analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Manage social media communities by responding to comments and questions, and participating in relevant conversations
  • Monitor social media performance and analytics to identify trends and ar okeas for improvement
  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills
  • Community management and engagement skills

Product Manager

 

Job Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of products. You are required to absorb, collect and prioritize input from multiple sources and come up with product solutions that drive business goals.

For that reason, you should be comfortable working with Design, Marketing, Development and Sales to chart the direction of the product using data-driven hypothesis and testing.

Job Description

  1. Determine customersโ€™ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  2. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  3. Assesses market competition by comparing the companyโ€™s product to competitorsโ€™ products.
  4. Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Product Control โ€“ UI/UX Review and Updates
  • Backlog grooming & release planning for Feature Requests
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analysis; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products, features to keep the business relevant and competitive
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features or releases
  • Maintain and update existing features.
  • Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with design and engineering teams.
  • Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
