Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly organized customer service representative to join our team

  • Job Title: Customer Service Rep
  • Deadline: Friday, 30th June, 2023
  • Location: Lagos
  • Age: 20 – 30 years

Responsibilities

  • Good spoken English
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Most preferably stays on the Island (Lagos Island)

Qualifications

  • At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
