Customer/Sales Support Executive (E-Commerce) at Luminescence Ventures

Job Summary

The job of this role is to convert customer inquiries to sales through customer engagement and product knowledge and to maintain a healthy brand-customer relationship.

We are a thriviing beauty ecommerce company in Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria.

We sell our products via our website, social media and sales lines.

Potential customers reach out to us through Whatsapp onย our sales lines to make enquiries and orders.

Your job is to engage them, make recommendations and sell products to them, hence experience and knowledge in Sales viaย WhatsApp for Business, and E-Commerce (retail website) are aย REQUIREMENTย for this role.

Responsibilities

1. Interface with customers

  • Find out the customer’s needs and recommend the right product for them to use based on Company set Product Detailer and guidelines.

2. Process orders:

  • Assist customers who have diffculty with ordering on the website.
  • Resolve queries about product usage,ย delivery fees, timelines and other order related questions.
  • Confirm orders before dispatching them for delivery each morning.

3. After Sales Care:

  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their post-purchase experience is smooth.
  • Answer product usage questions and concerns in line with company guidelines.
  • Resolve or escalate any complaints within laid down timelines to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience inย sales / customer support viaย WhatsApp for Business, and E-Commerce (retail website)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A professional and friendly attitude is required.
  • Proximity to Ikeja is recommneded.
  • Work days are Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm) and Saturday (10am to 4pm)

Salary is 110,000 monthly.
