Key Responsibilities
- Design an effective on-page SEO and off-page SEO strategy for all our recruitment brands
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance such as organic traffic, keyword ranking, search visibility, core web vitals, and organic conversion of our brands
- Design affiliate marketing strategies for our recruitment brands
- COllaborate with our designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the need of critical stakeholders and our audience.
- Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and other rely on your work daily.
Skills/Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking and optimization factors and critical algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in web analytics software (Google Analytics) and keyword tools (MOZ, SEM Rush)
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
- Experience producing content for the web specifically and channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- A dual mindset approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, Analytics, and social media management tools.
Location
- Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda or Remote
Salary
- N1 million – N1.2 million gross monthly
