Professional with at least three years of relevant experience and/or education in the following:
Web Development
• Required experience with HTML, CSS and supported programming languages (Bootstrap)
• Required experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (W3C, WCAG) and testing methodology
• Knowledge of browsers (i.e., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and mobile
responsive design
• Preferred experience with Google Analytics
• Preferred experience with SharePoint
Graphic Design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of publication template development
Training and Technical Assistance
• Preferred experience developing training resources for nontechnical web editors
General
