Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Narrative Support: Provide personalized advice and solutions to writers, helping them navigate storytelling challenges and make the most of our AI writing platform.
- Content Creation: Contribute to our blog with posts about fiction writing, sharing insights, tips, and inspiration that can help writers of all levels.
- Community Engagement: Foster a supportive and engaging community atmosphere, encouraging writers to share their stories and feedback.
- User Guidance: Assist users in exploring and utilizing platform features to enrich their storytelling process.
- Story Development Assistance: Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to users seeking to flesh out their stories more fully.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer problems via email and chat with high EQ and a playful tone.

- The client’s blog becomes a go-to resource for fiction writers looking for advice, inspiration, and community.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated history of continuous personal improvement, particularly in customer support or related roles.
- Fast learning ability, high attention to detail, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- A sense of humor, playfulness, and the ability to put people at ease.
- Tech-savviness, ambition, curiosity, and comfort with rapid pace and change.
- Passionate about fiction, both as a reader and a writer, with a deep understanding of narrative techniques and storytelling elements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Creative and empathetic, with a keen ability to connect with writers and provide meaningful support.
- Experience in writing blog posts or articles related to fiction writing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, maintaining productivity and motivation.
