The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship initiative is a four-month (July–October) initiative that connects experienced mentors with early-career African women. This program strives to provide direction, support, and a platform for skill development, while also cultivating a community of growth and empowerment.
Inspire Her Afrika is a four-month mentorship program from July to October that empowers early-career African women via personalized coaching and support. Our mission is to help them improve their abilities, knowledge, and job possibilities through meaningful mentoring relationships.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
They are looking for African women who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in your respective field.
- Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for empowering and supporting the career growth of early-career African women.
- Commitment: Willingness to commit at least 2 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
- Expertise: Possess expertise in Leadership, Career Development, Networking
- Program Structure: One-on-one mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions.
