Eisenhower Fellowships (EF) will bring together a distinguished group of 20-25 strong women leaders from all professional sectors striving to improve civic participation and good governance in the fall of 2024 and invite them to the United States for a nearly six-week program.
The 2024 Women’s Leadership Program, the Eisenhower Fellowships’ fourth since 2010, promotes women’s leadership and gender equity as essential components of the Eisenhower Fellowships mission, two areas of renewed attention now woven into the fabric of everything we do.
Fellows will hone their leadership abilities, cultivate interdisciplinary professional partnerships, and create concrete impact collaborations to better their society. Fellows are chosen based on their leadership track record, potential for future impact, and commitment to lifelong engagement with Eisenhower Fellowships to advance our mission of enhancing international understanding through dialogue to build a more peaceful, prosperous, and just world.
The 2024 Women’s Leadership Program is accessible to exceptional candidates from around the EF global network. To be considered, an applicant must demonstrate that their activity has regional significance and get a formal nomination from a member of the EF global network if they do not live in or have citizenship in a country where EF is actively working.
Typically, Fellows range between 32 and 45 years of age at the time of fellowship. Strong proficiency in English is required. We seek female trailblazers with the maturity to take advantage of this unique opportunity and effectively represent Eisenhower Fellowships, who can draw upon this experience to catapult themselves forward as impactful leaders.
