We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our community.

This role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage customers, and drive online traffic and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and manage engaging written, graphic, and video content.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company, managing all company social media accounts.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including design templates, calls-to-action, and content for email sends.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
