Description
Digital Explorers is a career advancement programme for Nigerian, Kenyan and Armenian digital talents.
In its second edition, the programme invites experienced Back-End Developers to apply for placements at leading Baltic ICT companies.
If you have been hungry to work on exciting projects in a European setting, while pursuing to refine your tech skills, this programme is for you!
If successful, you would be matched with a leading Baltic ICT company for employment, while the programme team will take care of the immigration process, prepare you for work in a Baltic setting, help you land softly and integrate quickly!
We are looking to select 30 professionals, so the competition is going to be intense! Think that you have what it takes?
Then we will be waiting for your application until the 15th of January, though we strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible since we are processing applications on a rolling basis. Make sure you thoroughly fill in the application form and upload a video introduction!
The candidates that meet the requirements will get a technical task which will need to be completed in order to proceed with the selection. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for one-on-one soft skills and technical skills interviews with the Digital Explorers team.
Requirements
You should apply to become a Digital Explorer, if…
- You currently reside in Nigeria, Armenia or Kenya.
- You have at least 3-5 years of documented relevant work experience. 10 years of experience is also fine 🙂
- You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably related to your field of work) from an accredited tertiary institution (but if you don’t, then you must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience).
- You have strong written and verbal English skills.
- You are strongly motivated to be a part of the Digital Explorers programme.
- You are able to dedicate time to participate in the whole selection process.
- You are able to relocate to the Baltics in Q2-Q3 of 2024.
Please note, as you move along the selection process, you would need to have an international passport which is valid at least until the 1st of July, 2025.
