The Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa is seeking young Africans aged 18-35 who are passionate about addressing key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as SDG-1 (No Poverty), SDG-4 (Quality Education), SDG-8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG-13 (Climate Action), and SDG-16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) for the iLEAD Fellowship Cohort 11.
The iLEAD Fellowship, an initiative of ELF-Africa, is a transformative leadership development and mentorship program with our values-based leadership philosophy at the core, which equips you with life skills, civic consciousness, and practical exposure to the world of work.
Through a tri-dimensional approach of training, mentorship, and coaching, we provide the tools, platforms, and linkages needed to unlock your potential, inspire change, and thrive both individually and as part of a community.
Through a rigorous three-step recruitment process, we select the most promising candidates who align with our vision of creating social, economic, and political transformation.
Structure of the Programย โ This is aย hybridย (physical and virtual) leadership training program with home assignments on different topics taking place twice a month for four months,ย 2ndย andย 4thย Saturdaysย of each monthโฏ8:00 am โ 5:00 pmโฏEATย fromย June โ September 2024.
