Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketer you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement across various online channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic and conduct keyword research, analyze search trends, and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve visibility and discoverability.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), and display advertising networks.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive website traffic and create and curate compelling social media content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and nurture sequences and develop compelling email content, optimize subject lines and calls-to-action, and leverage segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Continuously analyze data and user behavior to identify areas for optimization and inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, email marketing software).
