VIDEO CONTENT CREATOR

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our marketing team.

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating video content and user-generated content (UGC) that captivates audiences across various platforms.
  • This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • We are dedicated to creating engaging and impactful content across multiple media channels, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Our goal is to connect with our audience through high-quality, creative video content that reflects our brand values and engages our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and other media channels.
  • Create compelling user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with our target audience and encourages community participation.
  • Host and participate in Instagram Live and TikTok Live sessions to engage with our audience in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that align with our brand strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video content creation and social media marketing.
  • Manage and organize video assets and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Social media marketing managers work to promote and strengthen an organization’s brand using social media platforms.

Job Description

  • There are a number of creative, analytical and managerial aspects to this role.
  • Social media marketing managers can share many of their responsibilities with marketing executives,multimedia specialists and marketing managers/producers (digital), especially in small and medium-sized employers (SMEs) where there may not be a dedicated social media manager.

Responsibilities

Social media marketing managers’ responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat). Typical responsibilities include:

  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media.
  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.
  • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck.
  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries.
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.
  • Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Requirements

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English.
