Key Responsibilities of the Social Media & Graphics Designer at Jibs-Ray
Content Creation & Design
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative assets aligned with the brand’s identity, voice, and tone.
- Produce engaging content (static, video, reels, carousels) tailored to each platform.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, professional manner.
Brand Marketing & Strategy
- Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and brand activations.
- Stay updated on design trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
What You Need to Succeed as a Social Media & Graphics Designer at Jibs-Ray
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or graphic design (freelance or in-house).
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, time management, and creativity.
