Job Description
As an R&D Officer, you will be instrumental in identifying operational bottlenecks, proposing creative solutions, testing new models, and optimizing internal systems. You’ll help us build a culture of innovation by translating research and strategic thinking into practical ideas that enhance productivity, scalability, and customer experience.
As the R&D Officer at Flinx Realty, you will drive innovation across the organization by researching new ideas, developing process improvements, and supporting the testing and implementation of strategic solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring the business remains agile, scalable, and forward-thinking through data-backed insights and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends, tools, and innovations in real estate operations, customer experience, and technology
- Propose forward-thinking solutions to address internal challenges or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with teams across the business to test and refine new systems, tools, and processes
- Analyze data, internal feedback, and market signals to generate actionable insights
- Pilot new initiatives and evaluate performance through experiments and feedback loops
- Document findings and support the creation of operational playbooks and SOPs
- Contribute to strategy sessions and innovation planning meetings
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new ideas.
Qualifications and skills:
- 2–3 years experience in innovation, R&D, business analysis, strategy, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, or property technology is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any relevant field
- Familiarity with innovation tools, design thinking, or lean methodologies is a plus.
