Role Description of the Remote Software Engineer Intern at EmpowerAfrica
- This is a 3-month remote internship role for a Software Engineer Intern at E-Africa.
- The Software Engineer Intern will be responsible for assisting with software development tasks, front-end and back-end web development, programming, and implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Interns will collaborate with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the improvement of existing software systems.
- They will be expected to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development.
- Skills in Front-end or/and Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous internship experience or coursework in software engineering is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
