One Tree for Everyone is a tree-planting and awareness campaign run by Nagori Trust, a public charitable trust registered in Delhi, India. The mission is to raise national awareness about the importance of trees, and to mobilize citizens across India to take part in tree-planting drives.
How the Campaign Operates:
The campaign follows a thoughtfully structured, multi-phase process to ensure effectiveness and long-term impact:
- Preparation & Planning: Identifying planting locations, setting targets, and forming partnerships.
- Â Species Selection: Choosing resilient and ecologically appropriate tree species.
- Nursery Establishment: Raising healthy seedlings for planting.
- Community Engagement: Mobilizing volunteers and building awareness at grassroots levels.
- Logistics & Resources: Managing funding, equipment, and transport.
- Site Preparation: Preparing soils and ensuring suitable conditions.
- Planting Execution: Training teams, planting, and overseeing methods.
- Maintenance & Care: Ongoing watering, mulching, and health monitoring.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Tracking outcomes and providing transparent feedback.
- Long-Term Management: Strategies for sustained care and protection of planted trees .
