- Participate in a structured training program covering company operations, policies, and job-specific tasks.
- Support daily operations in assigned departments and complete assigned tasks or projects.

- Recent graduates in relevant field, e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
- Strong academic record and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different roles.
