We’re building a dream sales team at Kwe4 Africa Limited — and we’re looking for Corporate Sales Professionals who can talk, convince, and close.
This isn’t marketing. This isn’t fieldwork. This is pure, strategic selling — from your desk, with your voice, and with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting and sending cold emails, making cold calls, and executing direct text outreach.
- Pitching our transformative tech programs to schools, businesses, and individuals.
- Mastering follow-up techniques to turn “maybe” into “yes!”
- Working on-site from our Ikeja office (this role is not remote).
Compensation:
- Basic Pay: ₦100,000 to ₦500,000/month
- Commission: Earn a cut of every deal you close

Who We’re Looking For:
- You have excellent communication skills and love to sell.
- You’re persistent — a “no” only motivates you to try harder.
- You’re confident, smart, and naturally persuasive.
- Experience in telesales or cold calling is a huge advantage.
