- Channels Support Officer
- Application Support
- IT Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for IT systems, applications, and digital channels
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, operating systems, and databases.
- Conduct root cause analysis and preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Ensure that all deployments meet quality standards and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Â BSc holders with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
