Desired Skills & Qualification for the FITC Graduate Trainee Program 2025
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-1 year experience in a structured organization
- Completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work effectively , prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
