Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, highly organized, and voice-aligned Email Marketer / Newsletter Manager to join the personal brand team of Remote WorkHer . This person will transform voice notes, ideas, and raw thoughts into engaging and value-driven newsletters that resonate with a growing and loyal audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert voice notes, ideas, and notes from Adeife into compelling, well-structured newsletters (5x weekly)
- Develop content calendars and distribution schedules to maintain consistent output
- Craft compelling subject lines and copy to improve open and click-through rates
- Understand and replicate Adeife’s tone of voice, personality, and storytelling style
- Write, edit, and proofread newsletter content for clarity, consistency, and engagement
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging where applicable
- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, engagement) and make data-informed improvements
- Collaborate with Adeife to brainstorm new angles, themes, and content categories
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, content formats, and platform updates.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in email marketing, content writing, or brand storytelling
- Proven ability to write in a relatable, conversational tone (bonus if you’ve written for personal brands)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, etc.)
- Self-starter, highly responsive, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and content structure
- Basic understanding of email analytics and performance metrics.

- Content repurposing (from email to threads, posts, etc.)
- Design familiarity with Canva or similar tools
- Experience writing for thought leaders, coaches, or personal brands.
