Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Use SQL to query complex datasets and develop data pipelines as needed.
- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to solve business problems (Python or R skills are a plus).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), detect trends, and report anomalies or opportunities for optimization.
- Support A/B testing and data-driven experiments to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst role; experience in a fintech environment is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in SQL is essential.
- Working knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
