The Roles are Training/eLearning Content Developer and Social Media/Marketing Manager

Company Description 

Circuit Pointe is a non-profit, youth-led organization established in 2015 by a young female Nigerian after hearing untold stories of oppressed women, abused teens and victims of traditional practices.

We have a 3-member Board of Trustees and 40 volunteer members who are young people between 18-35 years.

Job Overview of the Training and eLearning Content Developer

  • We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training & eLearning Content Developer to design and develop learning programs, micro-courses, and workshops and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that support our customer growth, onboarding, compliance, or product knowledge.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating instructional content, interactive modules, and self-paced training that enhances knowledge retention and aligns with organizational goals.
  • This role blends instructional design, product thinking, and digital content creation to build training experiences that are engaging, professional, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities of the Training and eLearning Content Developer

Course & Content Development

  • Design interactive, self-paced eLearning courses and blended learning programs for external clients.
  • Translate subject matter expertise into structured learning journeys using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s).
  • Develop training materials including course outlines, modules, scripts, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Build content using authoring tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
  • Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives, brand tone, and accessibility standards.

Learning Productization

  • Work closely with product managers and marketing to shape the structure, naming, and packaging of training offerings.
  • Adapt content for different audiences, industries, or delivery formats (mobile, desktop, live cohorts).
  • Integrate courses into an LMS or learning platform (SCORM/xAPI compliance).

Content Design & Multimedia

  • Develop visual assets, motion graphics, or learning videos in collaboration with designers or independently using tools like Canva, Camtasia, or Adobe Suite.
  • Script and storyboard video modules and animations for asynchronous delivery.

Feedback & Improvement

  • Monitor learner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Iterate content based on client feedback, learner performance data, and product analytics.
  • Maintain version control and continuously update the course catalog.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a training, facilitation, or instructional role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust training strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD, CIPD).
  • Familiarity with performance consulting or coaching models.

 

Job Overview of the Social Media and Marketing Manager

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence, content development, and campaign execution.
  • In this role, you will own the strategy and output of our social channels and marketing activities helping us increase awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • This role requires a blend of content creation, social media management, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media and Marketing Manager

Social Media Management

  • Plan, manage, and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop social calendars and post high-impact content regularly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities.
  • Track engagement and audience growth using insights and analytics tools.
  • Identify social trends and opportunities relevant to our brand voice.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging content across formats: posts, stories, carousels, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with design or create visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop content for digital ads, campaign materials, email marketing, and landing pages.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and message that aligns with company goals and audience interests.
  • Coordinate content needs across departments (sales, HR, product, etc.).

Marketing Campaigns

  • Run digital marketing campaigns (email, social ads, influencer activations, etc.).
  • Work with stakeholders to define campaign goals, audiences, and KPIs.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels.
  • Manage partnerships or third-party collaborators as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creativity.
  • Experience in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in tools like:
    • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma (for visuals)
    • Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite (for scheduling)
    • Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (for tracking)
