They typically begin their mentorship program with a one-month digital bootcamp to help you! Their program facilitates one-on-one connections between experienced mentors and ambitious mentees, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Eligibility Criteria Must be a National of any African country Must have at least an undergraduate degree Have 0-3 years working experience Must be between 18 – 29 years. Willingness to commit at least 4 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities. Access to internet connection and preferably a laptop.
