- We’re looking for an AI Training Specialist to help us build, train, and refine the AI that powers our platform.
- This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, understands how AI learns, and can help us make our chatbot responses smarter and more accurate.
What You’ll Do as a AI Training Specialist at UnifiedBeez Platform
- Collect, prepare, and organize conversation datasets for training.
- Create and label prompt–response examples for multiple industries.
- Tag intents, entities, and sentiment in conversation data.
- Test AI responses for accuracy, tone, and context.
- Work with developers to fine-tune prompts and integrate training data.
- Maintain a clean, version-controlled dataset repository.
- Identify and fill gaps in AI knowledge for better automation flows.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with AI/ML training tools (e.g., Rasa NLU, OpenAI fine-tuning, Hugging Face).
- Basic Python skills for formatting and cleaning datasets.
- Experience with data annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, Prodigy, LightTag)
- Strong understanding of intents, entities, and context in natural language.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to align AI tone with brand voice.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in prompt engineering
- Knowledge of chatbot conversation flow design.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp API, Twilio, or Meta Messenger.
- Industry-specific knowledge for sectors like real estate, e-commerce, or agencies.
