Responsibilities of the Remote Brand & Graphics Designer at Nubia Integrated Mega Technology
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- Design marketing assets including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Create visual content for product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to translate briefs into creative, high-quality designs.
- Produce UI/UX design elements that align with brand guidelines (icons, illustrations, mockups).
- Ensure all creative work is aligned with the company’s brand standards and messaging.
- Stay updated with design trends and recommend fresh ideas to keep the brand innovative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Canva
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with web and social media best practices.
