Job Summary
This internship offers the opportunity to work on real-world engineering projects, contribute to technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate is a recent engineering graduate with a strong interest in understanding the full lifecycle of projects—from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Assist in preparing technical documents such as drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and progress reports.
- Participate in site inspections, equipment checks, and safety audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
- Monitor and track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Collaborate with teams in design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to gather feedback and support implementation.
- Conduct basic data analysis, generate reports, and update project dashboards as needed.
- Organize and support meetings by preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking action items.
- Gain exposure to industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and SolidWorks.
- Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental standards in all tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of project management and engineering design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
