Role Description of the Remote Executive Assistant at Bow Consultancy Services

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director.
  • The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle diverse responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and performing general administrative assistance.
  • Additionally, the Executive Assistant will maintain effective communication channels and ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities of the Remote Executive Assistant at Bow Consultancy Services

  • Represent the Executive Director in meetings and events as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Draft proposals, company memos, and other business communications.
  • Prepare and provide necessary information to support executive decision-making.
  • Conduct educational application processes for clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide innovative contributions and problem-solving ideas to improve operations.
  • Support the Executive Director in any capacity necessary to ensure smooth operations.

  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance

  • Previous experience in a consultancy or academic setting is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
