About the Program
The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program is a structured 18-month development journey that immerses fresh graduates into the inner workings of one of the world’s most influential energy companies. The program is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: 6 months of intensive work experience in Nigeria, where candidates contribute to live projects in areas such as Finance, Strategy, Business, or Economics.
- Phase 2: 12 months of international experience in another African affiliate or at TotalEnergies headquarters in Paris — depending on performance, availability, and business needs.
It’s not just a program. It’s a passport to becoming a globally relevant professional.
Why This Program Stands Out
