About the Scholarships
The CFA Society Nigeria is offering the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Women in Investment Management (WIM) Scholarships for the 2025/2026 cycle. This initiative is designed to support women pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, with the goal of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the investment management industry. The program provides financial assistance for eligible women to register and prepare for the CFA exams at any of the three levels.
It aims to encourage more female participation in the CFA program and empower women to take on leadership roles in finance and investment.
Eligibility:
- Open exclusively to women who meet the CFA Program entry requirements.
- Applicants must demonstrate interest in a career in investment management and commitment to diversity and inclusion values.
- Be a woman interested in pursuing a career in investment management, finance, or related fields.
- Meet the CFA Program enrollment requirements (bachelor’s degree or final-year student, or equivalent professional experience).
- Have no current CFA Program registration at the level they are applying for.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional or community engagements.
- Show academic ability or relevant work experience in finance, economics, business, or similar areas.
- Be willing to act as a CFA Society Nigeria ambassador by promoting the CFA Program and WIM initiatives.
