UI/UX Partner Needed at United Bank for Africa

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE: We are currently seeking a UI/UX Partner. The candidate for this position must have good visual communication, design thinking, decision mapping, prototyping, and basic front-end coding as well as reporting skills and attention to detail.
JOB OBJECTIVE (S):
This position will use various design techniques to create highly accessible and useable products in line with brand specifications to satisfy customers and maximize the value for the customers at minimum cost.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define audience needs and translate those into concepts for compelling interactions and user experience.
  • Translate research findings into actionable, prioritized recommendations.

  • Prepare, document, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Document functional/business requirements and prototype user experience and interaction specifications.
  • Facilitate design, concept, and prototype sessions; develop an effective and efficient prototyping/storyboard process to communicate user experience visions to stakeholders.
  • Develop wireframe-quality mock-ups of screens and interaction designs, as well as document process flow.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Design skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Building and Construction skills.
  • Knowledge of Information Architecture.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
  • Creativity.

QUALIFICATION:

  • First Degree in any relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
