Instead of a cover letter, we ask that you send us in a simple :30s video (shot on your phone) telling us why you want to work at Zulu. Do not go over the word count or your submission may be disqualified.
If selected, you’ll be invited to a fully paid full-day virtual interview/bootcamp where you’ll face creative challenges, learn from industry professionals, and be interviewed by a panel of Zuligans. Best of all, the top performer will get hired full-time on the spot. No internship required. Deadline for entries is January 13, 2023.

How are you evaluating candidates during the application process?
Based on the skills and qualities we think make a great creative and whether we think you’d be a good fit for Zulu Alpha Kilo. We’ll be reviewing all applications through a panel of Zuligan judges.
How long is the application process open?

How many creatives will you be hiring at the end of this process?
One to two creatives.
How will you contact me if I make it on to the interview day?
We’ll send you an email that you must respond to within 24-hours from receipt.
Will you let me know if I haven’t been chosen for the interview process?
Yes, we’ll email all candidates regardless of whether they make it to the interview or not.
Where is Zulu Alpha Kilo?
240 Logan Avenue but our interview session will be held virtually.
Is there anything I can do to prepare for the interview?

Is there a dress-code for the interview?
