We are looking for a product designer intern to join our team

Requirements

  • Related experience in Design (graphic, visual communications, interaction, product, etc)
  • 1+ years of experience in visual, eCommerce, brand, or marketing design
  • A portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design work for mobile and desktop
  • Fluent in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
  • Knowledge of how mocks translate to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver feasible designs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited resources by being self-motivated and working independently to deliver projects on time
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Attention to detail

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the product team, tech team, and business team to define the interface and experience of our products
  • Develop and maintain design documentation (wireframes, mockups, user flows, and so on) to brainstorm across teams and communicate ideas
  • Identify points of friction in the existing product and suggest improvements to design
  • Think from the user’s perspective and provide requirements feedback regarding what must be in place for users to achieve their goals
