Benefits of the 2025 Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Scholarship Graduates (master’s or postgraduate students) receive a monthly scholarship of € 934, while Ph.D. students receive a monthly scholarship of € 1.400. Fees resulting from courses at the university in Germany that are directly related to your studies can be refunded up to the amount of € 1.500 per semester. Other costs such as family allowance, child allowance, and travel allowace are also covered by the scholarship.
