Job Description

  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.
  • Technical Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients, to become a trusted technology partner, addressing their technical needs and supporting the sales team to find opportunities for expanding the client database and growing revenue for Identify. The technical account manager will understand the needs and use cases of potential future clients, and use that to introduce Useforms while building solid relationships to sell and upsell the product.


  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
  • Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues before and after-sales.
  • Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels for Society Development customers
  • Demonstrate and Onboarding Customers to all products and services
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight
  • Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements
  • Keep track of key account metrics
  • Evaluating and improving sales strategies, as well as identifying new customers.
  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders


  • You have 2+ years of experience working with complex business software / IT solutions
  • You have a proven track record in business application software sales to the public sector.
  • Communication and Documentation Skills
  • Knowledge and experience in design of technology solutions to fit Development and Humanitarian Programs
  • Strong people management skills.
