About the Fellowship

Dervac Fellowship 3.0
Dervac offers fellows an exceptional and interactive learning experience and increases their awareness and knowledge in the technology space. The training program creates avenues for candidates to be fully involved in the program and projects of the company under the supervision of Dervac staff.
The Technology Fellowship 3.0 Programme is aimed at building a tech workforce fortified with the skillsets, through real-time project-based learning. The 10-month program prepares you with the technical and work-ready skills for a global career as a Full-Stack Developer.

Fellows will experience on-site opportunities to learn through a structured curriculum, mentoring, real-time learning and collaboration on a real live projects. Interested candidates must possess fundamental computing skills and demonstrate a strong passion for ICT and technology tools.

Fellows are offered for 10 months with a prospect to be converted to a paid internship position upon successful completion and a strong performance assessment.
