Civic Leadership Programme at Nigeria Youth SDGs Network

Civic Leadership Programme at Nigeria Youth SDGs Network

Nigeria Youth SDGs Network registered as the Network of Youth for Sustainable Initiative (NGYouthSDGs) is a youth-led and youth-serving civil society organisation focused on youth leadership for sustainable development. NGYouthSDGs focuses on education, leadership development, employment and livelihoods and civic participation to support young people.

  • The Civic Leadership Programme aims to encourage and empower the next wave of young and representative decision-makers towards meaningful youth participation in local democracy, social justice, and well-being. The programme will provide young people with leadership development and opportunities to engage with elected government and members of the society to identify problems and co-create solutions that will transform society.

  • The Civic Leadership Programme (CLiP) will provide five (5) young people in Enugu East Senatorial District with skills to get involved in community engagement and civic roles.
