The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year intensive, immersive, and hands-on initiative designed to nurture young talents and cultivate the next generation of leaders for its businesses. This program focuses on driving strategy and expansion in the palm oil agro-industry and edible oil sectors. We are currently recruiting for the following position: Job Title: Graduate Trainee Locations: Edo and Rivers, Nigeria Employment Type: Full-time Program Overview: The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program offers a comprehensive one-year training experience aimed at developing skilled professionals to support the group’s strategic goals and business growth in the palm oil and edible oil industries. Units/Departments and Academic Backgrounds: The integrated nature of the business provides diverse opportunities across various academic and professional disciplines. Graduates with degrees in the following fields are encouraged to apply: Agriculture, Agronomy, and Agricultural Engineering Finance and Accounting Sales and Marketing Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics Business Administration, HR, IT, and Data Analysis Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Food Technology, Process, Chemical) Environmental and Social Sciences, Sustainability Studies, Community Development, Occupational Health and Safety Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements: Be 26 years or younger (born in 1999 or after). Hold a B.Sc./B.Tech degree or higher in any of the listed fields from a recognized and accredited local or international university. Have a minimum of a Second Class Upper division. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025, with a valid discharge certificate.
