VV Visionaries Program 2025 for Global Emerging Leaders {Vital Voices}

VV Visionaries Program 2025 for Global Emerging Leaders {Vital Voices} The VV Visionaries program in partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), the charitable fund of Estée Lauder, was created to support the next generation of emerging leaders who are redefining leadership in their everyday lives. The VV Visionaries program invests in trailblazing women by increasing their access to leadership training and the networks that sustain them. Together with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, this signature program will champion women leaders across diverse sectors, industries, and experiences who want to create positive social impact in their communities and beyond. Three cohorts of 50 women visionaries over the age of 18 will participate in a 7-week immersive virtual experience built on the proven leadership model of Vital Voices, incorporating lessons in leadership from Estée Lauder executives and Vital Voices Global Network leaders. Participants from all three cohorts will have the chance to be selected for one annual in-person experience that provides deeper training and investment in their personal leadership journeys. European Commission Blue Book Traineeship Details: The European Commission proposes 2 types of Blue Book Traineeship: an Administrative Traineeship or a Translation Traineeship with the Directorate-General for Translation (DGT). The traineeship programme is open to all eligible candidates whatever their citizenship, regardless of their sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, religion or belief, membership of a national minority, disability, age or sexual orientation. Trainees work all over the European Commission, its services and agencies, mostly in Brussels, but also in Luxembourg and elsewhere across the European Union. European Commission Blue Book Traineeship is much more than just a professional experience. Each batch of trainees organises a huge range of non-formal learning, social activities, from football to wine-tasting and much in between – in true bureaucratic fashion, each with its own organising committee. European Commission Blue Book Traineeship Requirement: To be considered for the European Commission Blue Book Traineeship Program, applicants must: have completed a standard 3-year higher education degree (minimum EQF 6 level), corresponding to a complete Bachelor’s cycle, or equivalent. Only if you have a certificate or official confirmation from your university that you have such a degree will you be eligible to apply have no prior work experience of any kind, in excess of 6 weeks in any EU institution, body or agency, delegation, with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), or Advocates General at the Court of Justice of the European Union (EUCJ) have a very good knowledge of languages: For the administrative traineeship – you must have a very good knowledge of two EU official languages, one of which must be a working language: English, French or German at C1 or C2 level as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and a second one at B2 level at least as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. For non-EU nationals, only one procedural language is required at C1 or C2 level. The Africa Impact Academy is a 10-month-long engagement that promises to equip African founders and their teams running impactful for-profit or non-profit initiatives with skills, networks, tools and relationships that scale their work in their communities. At its core is African philanthropy and a community of people willing to invest in such impactful initiatives. The Academy brings both together and allows time to build connectedness and trust. Applications are now open for the 2025 French-African Foundation Young Leaders Program. Under the High Patronage of H.E. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and H.E. Andry Rajoelina, President of the Republic of Madagascar, this prestigious program brings together 30 committed young talents from France and Africa for purpose-driven leadership. Since its creation in 2019, the French-African Foundation has been working to create new generations of committed African and French leaders who have a positive impact through their activities. Through its Young Leaders program, it has established the first pan-African network of young African and French professionals. Its activities are supported by private and public stakeholders: Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Danone, Concerto, TV5Monde, Africa Global Logistics, Bpifrance, Orange, France Media Monde, Boston Consulting Group, Total Energies.
