Fee Waiver

Programme Requirements for ALX Software Engineering Program 2022
- 12 months, 70 hours/week
- English proficiency
- Access to a desktop or laptop
- No prior programming experience required, in-course assessment

Application Deadline
It’s important to note that online applications will close on Monday, 8 August 2022. Please submit your application before the deadline to be considered for the next cohort. If you are successful, your onboarding will take place on Monday, 15 August 2022.
- Once you complete the application, you will be enrolled in the ALX Software Engineering Program 2022 Programme, conditional on you passing the first month of the programme.
- It is very important for you to know that you need to be able to dedicate 70 hours a week to this programme should you be accepted.
- In the first month, you will have to prove your commitment to software engineering by meeting the high standards of the programme.
- During Software Engineering Program 2022, you must earn a cumulative score of 80% in all your projects in order to proceed into the next months of the programme.
If you score less than 80% cumulatively on all your projects in the first month, you will be de-enrolled and will no longer participate in the ALX Software Engineering programme.
