Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of the digital product, from inception to launch. He/ She requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, to supply chain planning. The Digital Product Manager will act as a mediator between the consumers and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design. He/ She will spearhead our digital product team as we develop, identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital product.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital products
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams from end to end of the process..
  • Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy
  • Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
  • Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan
  • Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product
  • Work on managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies
  • Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products
  • Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues
  • Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
  • Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
  • Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 yearsโ€™ experience in digital product management or similar function
  • Masterโ€™s degree is preferred
  • Experience with any UI/UX prototyping tools like โ€“ Figma, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, Webflow, Sketch, Fluid UI, Marvel, Proto.io, Justinmind
SKILLS / COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills

UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. He/ She will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital products. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Define the visual style and position relative to design guidelines
  • Design and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product team
  • Track user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics.
  • Help the Product Development Lead define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products
  • Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions
  • Collaborate within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across
  • Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
  • Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviour.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in designing banking, financial services, or fintech products
SKILLS / COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Data Engineer

The Information Technology Division is seeking to recruit a Data Engineer in the I.T department. The successful candidate will work as a team lead within the Information Technology Department, responsible Data for work in a variety of settings to build systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for data scientists and business analysts to interpret as well as make data accessible so that organizations can use it to evaluate and optimize performance.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with business stakeholders to understand high-value business problems that can be solved through the application of data processing and analytical systems
  • Create and maintain data maps and systems interrelationship diagrams for data domains and systems.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS โ€˜big dataโ€™ technologies.
  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc..
  • Conduct organization-wide training programs to build a thorough understanding of audit requirements within various functions.
  • Interface with other internal teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies
  • Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with analysts, business intelligence engineers, product managers and software teams to identify new features and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors or masterโ€™s in computer science, MIS, or Information Management
  • 5+ years of industry experience in data engineering or in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate data into operational/business planning
  • Experience in building and optimizing โ€˜big dataโ€™ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
SKILLS / COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in Python/R or another general-purpose programming language
  • Strong SQL programming and DBA skills in database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Azure SQL.
  • Familiarity with statistical models and/or data mining algorithms and practical experience in applying these to business problems
  • Ability to deliver on ambiguous projects independently with incomplete and/or dirty data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

 

Data Scientist

The Information Technology Division is seeking to recruit a Data Scientist in the I.T department. The successful candidate will work as a team lead within the Information Technology Department, responsible for turning raw data into valuable insights that an organisation needs in order to grow and compete. They interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to come up with imaginative solutions to problems.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support initiatives to identify data requirements to help the organisation achieve market leading 360-degree view of its customers across all channels and leverage new technologies such as Big Data Analytics for the organisation
  • Implement strategic initiatives to help the organisation build next-generation analytics capabilities
  • Provide actionable and insightful information from statistical modelling, data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities to cross-sell, up-sell, and improve customer experience
  • Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems
  • Build analytical tools to generate insight, recognize patterns, predict behavior and deliver insights to users across the organisation
  • Partner with business units, vendors/ consultants on Proof of Concepts related to the use/ testing of new data visualization tools and capabilities, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery
  • Design algorithms, models and prototype solutions using โ€˜big dataโ€™ analytical techniques to explore business hypotheses in an agile and iterative way which supports a learn fast/fail fast methodology
  • Create/ maintain a suite of data models across use cases (including customer experience, risk management, cost management etc.) using โ€˜best in class statistical techniques
  • Based on business requirements, ensure that models are reviewed, redesigned, optimised based on business need
  • Ensure the development of processes, work standards and controls to ensure the efficient and accurate application of data science techniques to support the identification of actionable insight
  • Keep abreast of trends and new developments in data analytics, Big Data, predictive analytics, and technology
QUALIFICATIONS
