Job Description
GSoft is looking for an empathetic, collaborative, and resourceful UX Writer to contribute to the product team’s efforts in designing, developing, and delivering a unique SaaS product.
We’re GSoft, home to a family of software products that lay the groundwork for a better employee experience. Our goal is to make work simpler, kinder, and faster.
Specifically, we help companies get the most out of Microsoft 365 with ShareGate. We help managers grow their teams with Office Vibe. And we ensure every onboarding is a memorable experience with Softstart.

- Help communicate new value internally and externally, by actively collaborating across teams (marketing for feature release messaging and customer support teams for help articles).
- Manage the relationship with our translation vendor to deliver the experience in multiple languages.
- Manage and track Intercom communications.
*What Does Your Future Team Look Like? *
You will join the Officevibe UX team. This team is led by the Director of UX and Design and is made up of 7 Product designers and 2 UX writers. You will also be assigned to a few product squads.
*What are the newest challenges awaiting your team? *
The product is growing and we are touching more markets than before (recognition, engagement, performance management). The UX team needs to develop new features without losing the simplicity that made Officevibe a success.
