Remote Product Designers Needed at MyIdentityPass

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating human-centric product designs solutions within the boundaries of technology to ensure amazing digital experiences for our users. As a product designer, you will ensure a human centric approach to design a viable, accessible, and usable experience considering our product strategy, technical constraints, and commercial goals.

What you will do
  • Use appropriate quantitative and qualitative data and insights about customer needs and behaviours in your design process.
  • Design appealing UI for responsive web, native mobile apps, and digital experiences that support customer need, and bring our product(s) experiences to life.
  • Create design concepts and drawings based on information from internal teams and user research
  • Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
  • Confirm product design specifications and prepare design specifications through sketches
  • Perform research on product technologies and structures, present to stakeholders and implement into design concepts
  • Analyse the customer satisfaction level and preferences of our product(s) and make recommendations
  • Troubleshoot any design problems that may arise during the design process needed
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on current industry trends and market conditions
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
  • Work closely with product engineers and all relevant teams to suggest improvements for products and processes
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

 

Requirements
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, huge sense of flow, and usability testing
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Excellent attention to detail and eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • A well-rounded portfolio of work, demonstrating a strong understanding of objectives
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and persuade around design concepts
  • Excellent understanding of colour science and combinations
  • Artistic and innovative flair
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
  • Strong knowledge of industry tools and technologies
  • Team player and good time-management skills
